Choir Rehearsal Update

Please note that Monday, November 22nd and Monday, November 30th have been added to our schedule of rehearsals for November.

· November 18 - Choir Rehearsal 3pm in the Victory Room

. November 22 - Choir Rehearsal 3pm in the Victory Room

· November 25 - The center will be closed for the holiday

. November 29 - Choir Rehearsal 3pm in the Victory Room

· December 01 - Christmas Tree Lighting at 12 Noon (arrive 10 am)

· December 02 - Choir Rehearsal 3 pm in the Victory Room

· December 09 - Choir Rehearsal 3 pm in the Victory Room

* December 09 - Choir Performance: 6:30pm, Porter Sanford Center

· December 11 - Choir’s Christmas Fellowship at Ft. McPherson

· December 16 - Christmas Concert at 2:30 pm (arrive at 12 Noon)

Porter Sanford Center's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

Commissioner Larry Johnson is hosting the annual Christmas Tree Lighting in the lobby of the Porter Sanford Center on Thursday, December 9, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. The LWSC Choir has been asked to render two selections.

LWSC Veterans Day Program

This is a picture of the choir taken before the start of the LWSC Veterans Day Program. The program was presided over by Major General Willie Alexander (US Army Retired), who is also a member of the choir. It was an inspirational program from start to finish.
